Mr. Kissinger delivered an overview of the Earn & Learn program structure and, encourages private sector business leaders in the Milwaukee area to take the time to learn about Earn & Learn and make the pledge to invest in tomorrow’s workforce by hiring a Milwaukee youth for summer work today.
